Updated October 7, 2026. This notice describes information handled through the T&T Logistics LLC website. Separate customer-account systems, shipping agreements, and employment records are outside the scope of this website notice.
Information you provide
Our quote form asks for your name, email, pickup and delivery locations, delivery timeframe, and freight description. A phone number and a preferred delivery window are optional. A city or ZIP code is enough to request an initial quote.
Our driver inquiry asks for contact details, license type, driver type, and optional endorsements. The owner-operator form also asks for address and vehicle details, how you found us, and optional comments. These forms are initial inquiries, not completed employment applications or confirmed delivery bookings.
The website does not request Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, credit card numbers, or identification documents. Please do not include these, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a form or free-text message.
How website inquiries are handled
Information submitted through the forms is used to respond to your request, discuss shipment or driving requirements, and coordinate next steps. Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website and form-processing provider, and forwarded to T&T’s business email. Email-service providers also process those messages.

Technical information and website features
Hosting and form-processing services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and spam-detection signals to deliver the website and handle submissions. We use HTTPS to encrypt website connections; no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
This website does not provide online payments, newsletter subscriptions, or Google AdSense advertising. External links, including Facebook, Google Maps, and provider privacy notices, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Google Maps customer reviews
When you visit a page with our customer reviews section, our server automatically requests public reviews from Google Maps. Review content is not saved in our website database or cached by our reviews endpoint. Reviewer names, profile links, photos, and original review text may appear on this website.
Loading reviewer photos or following Google links connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Google’s handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for this feature.

You may choose not to submit a form. If you prefer, call our team at (636) 925-1653. To ask about information you previously submitted, retention, corrections, or deletion, email info@ttlogisticsllc.com. Do not include sensitive identification numbers in that email. Our team will review your request and any records or obligations relevant to it.
